    After completing your order we begin creating a digital mockup of your headwear based on your chosen customizations.

    Step 2

    Mockup Approval

    Once you are happy with your digital mockup and approve it for production, we will email you a ship date.

    Step 3

    Production & Shipment

    We next begin working on your custom order at our shop in the USA, so that is will be ready by your ship date.

      CAN I GET A MOCKUP?

      Yes! We offer complimentary mockups.

      • For mockups PRIOR to ordering: Click Here For A Pre-Order Mockup / Sample
      • For mockups POST ordering: We include mockups with every order after it's placed. Once you place the order, we'll provide a mockup within 2-4 business days for your approval or requested changes.

      Note: We won't send your order into production until we have your approval. You can change the logo if needed, and we'll work with you on the placement, sizing, and appearance of the artwork on your chosen hat style until you're satisfied.

      CAN I GET A QUOTE?

      All our pricing is available directly on our website. We offer price breaks for larger quantities. You can view the price tier chart on any product page in the grey chart.

      The ordering process is also streamlined on our website. Once you've chosen your hat style, navigate to the product page and scroll to “Steps To Customize & Order”. Follow the steps, select your quantities, add to cart, and the total cost will be displayed.

      CAN I MIX AND MATCH HAT COLORS?

      Yes, you can mix and match colors if the logo and hat style remain consistent. To specify your choices, please mention the desired quantity and color for each in the "additional notes" section at the end of the customization process. For instance:

      • 12 - Navy
      • 12 - Black
      CAN I GET A HAT COLOR NOT LISTED?

      If a particular hat color isn't listed for a specific hat style, please select your second preference from our color swatch selection. Then, in the “additional notes” section at the end of the customization process, mention your first choice. If it's unavailable, we'll get in touch to confirm your second choice.

      CAN I HAVE MY ORDER RUSHED?

      If our production schedule permits, we can expedite your order. To request a rush order, please fill out the application on this page: Rush Order Contact Page

      WHAT FILE TYPE DO I UPLOAD?

      We prefer PDF, Adobe Illustrator, or Vector FILES of the finished logo. Please avoid sending photographs or screenshots.

      WHAT IS THE ORDER MINIMUM?

      The minimum order quantity is 6 units.

      There are bulk discounts for higher quantities ordered which the bulk pricing can be viewed on each product page!

      Note:Each set of 6 units can have only one design or logo. So, if you need two different logos, you'd need to order a minimum of 6 units for each design.
