WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL OR GET A REFUND ON MY ORDER?

While every attempt to honor change requests will be made, once the order is placed, your hat style and color cannot be changed nor can your order be cancelled or refunded.

*The only exception for a refund or order cancellation is if your selected style of headwear is out of stock.

 

  • All claims for shortages, damages or incorrect merchandise must be made to Customer Service within 3 days from receipt of goods.
  • Please allow up to 3% on damages and shortages.
