CAN I RETURN OR GET A REFUND ON MY ORDER?

Once you've approved the logo decoration proof (or pre-production sample), and your products have been logo decorated, there are no returns or refunds.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

While every attempt to honor change requests will be made, orders in production cannot be changed or cancelled.

*The only exception for a refund or order cancellation is if your selected style of headwear is out of stock.

 

  • All claims for shortages, damages or incorrect merchandise must be made to Customer Service within 5 days from receipt of goods.
  • Please allow up to 3% on damages and shortages.
