RETURN POLICY

For blank hat samples we offer 30 days returns and exchanges.

For custom products - Since all of our products are custom-made and we offer unlimited mockups for the customers approval prior to producing, we only accept returns or exchanges if there is an error in the product not matching the approved mockup. If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, defective, or does not match the details in your approved mockup, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the issue.

However, if the product matches the approved mockup and was made correctly, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Since we offer unlimited mockup revisions before production, we encourage you to carefully review all details before giving your final approval.

Please note that a variance of up to 3% in damages or shortages may occur.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL OR GET A REFUND ON MY ORDER?

While every attempt to honor change requests will be made, once the order is placed, your hat style and color cannot be changed nor can your order be cancelled or refunded.

*The only exception for a refund or order cancellation is if your selected style of headwear is out of stock.
