We use premium full-grain, vegetable-tanned bridle leather, which is completely free from heavy metals and harsh chemicals.
Unlike conventional leather used in about 90% of the fashion industry, (including the majority of other custom headwear and leather keychain providers), which is tanned using chromium, a heavy metal known for its toxic environmental, human and aquatic health impact, our vegetable-tanning process is a safer, more sustainable alternative.
