The quality of the embroidery was perfect! I was worried about the more detailed spots of my logo, but Dekni made it look the exact same. I also left a somewhat confusing note for the color combos I wanted, and the staff reached out to quickly clarify any misunderstandings. 5/5!
Chad and the crew devoted a lot of time making mock-ups to be sure I liked the logo size and placement before starting to work on the order. It was very much worth it! Great quality cotton eco conscious baseball caps with a variety of colors, custom leather patch and embroidered logo with thread colors matching HEX color specs all rolled into a well packaged arrival. These hats are fantastic! Great quality and Dekni Creations was very responsive to my questions and request for a fast arrival date in order to give away the hats at a 20th Anniversary celebration event. The embroidery of our work logo is very clear and well done. We will definitely be placing another order for these hats in the near future.
This was my second time purchasing a bulk order of the same hat! I am so satisfied with the quality of this hat and the logo stitching. I recommend it often to others looking to having hats designed. Printing and shipping was also extremely timely! One minor inconsistency to note is this second order used a different thread color than my first order for the detailing of my logo, so the hats from my first order did not match my second order, but I was not bothered by it, as both looked great.
It took me too long to find a hat made with Organic Cotton that was affordable and easy to customize. We've had great luck with this style - good quality and timeless. We've reordered twice and will in the future!
