Mockup Creation

After completing your order we begin creating a digital mockup of your headwear based on your chosen customizations.

Step 2

Mockup Approval

Once you are happy with your digital mockup and approve it for production, we will email you a ship date.

Step 3

Production & Shipment

We next begin working on your custom order at our shop in the USA, so that is will be ready by your ship date.

Can I Get a Mockup?

Yes! Once you select your leather color and customization options, just upload your logo file. An instant mockup will be automatically generated for you to preview. You can also adjust the placement of your artwork using the positioning buttons located below the mockup.

What is the production and shipping time?

Our current production time is approximately 3–4 weeks before your order ships. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days via USPS or UPS, depending on your location.

Can I Have My Order Rushed?

What File Type Do I Upload?

We prefer PDF, Adobe Illustrator, or Vector FILES of the finished logo. Please avoid sending photographs or screenshots.

What Is The Minimum Order Quantity?

The minimum order quantity is 24 units.

Bulk discounts are available for higher quantities and can be viewed on each product page.

Note: Each set of 24 units can include only one design or logo. If you need two different logos, you’ll need to order a minimum of 24 units per design.

Where Is Your Shop Located?

We’re proudly located in sunny Southern California, USA! 🇺🇸🌞 All of our custom leather keychains are fully made in-house—from splitting the leather and laser engraving, to hand polishing, skiving, assembling, and shipping. Every step is done with care right here in our workshop.

What Type of Leather Do You Use?

We use premium full-grain, vegetable-tanned bridle leather, which is completely free from heavy metals and harsh chemicals.

Unlike conventional leather used in about 90% of the fashion industry, (including the majority of other custom headwear and leather keychain providers), which is tanned using chromium, a heavy metal known for its toxic environmental, human and aquatic health impact, our vegetable-tanning process is a safer, more sustainable alternative. This method not only enhances durability and richness over time but also significantly reduces harm to both people and the planet.

WHAT IS THE ORDER MINIMUM?

The minimum order quantity is 6 units.

There are bulk discounts for higher quantities ordered which the bulk pricing can be viewed on each product page!
