Begin by customizing your custom hat with your design - upload your logo, and you’ll get a free digital mockup sent via email with unlimited revisions before production.
You can change the logo if needed, and we'll work with you on the placement, sizing, and appearance of the artwork on your chosen hat style until you're satisfied. We won't send your order into production until we have your approval.

Production times vary based on product and decoration type.
Current production times until your order ships:

• Leather Patch: 2-3 Weeks
• Embroidered & Woven Patch: 5-7 Weeks
• Printed/Sublimated Patch: 4-5 Weeks
If your order includes multiple decoration types (e.g., embroidered and leather patches), it will ship once all items are complete.

We prefer PDF, Adobe Illustrator, or Vector FILES of the finished logo. Please avoid sending photographs or screenshots.
The minimum order quantity is 6 units.

Our patches are both securely adhered and stitched onto your custom hats to ensure durability, preventing them from coming loose over time and guaranteeing a long-lasting product.
We use premium full-grain, vegetable-tanned bridle leather, which is completely free from heavy metals and harsh chemicals.
Unlike conventional leather used in about 90% of the fashion industry, (including the majority of other custom headwear and leather keychain providers), which is tanned using chromium, a heavy metal known for its toxic environmental, human and aquatic health impact, our vegetable-tanning process is a safer, more sustainable alternative. This method not only enhances durability and richness over time but also significantly reduces harm to both people and the planet.
