You can change the logo if needed, and we'll work with you on the placement, sizing, and appearance of the artwork on your chosen hat style until you're satisfied. We won't send your order into production until we have your approval.

Our patches are both securely adhered and stitched onto your custom hats to ensure durability, preventing them from coming loose over time and guaranteeing a long-lasting product.
We use premium full-grain, vegetable-tanned bridle leather, which is completely free from heavy metals and harsh chemicals.
Unlike conventional leather used in about 90% of the fashion industry, (including the majority of other custom headwear and leather keychain providers), which is tanned using chromium, a heavy metal known for its toxic environmental, human and aquatic health impact, our vegetable-tanning process is a safer, more sustainable alternative. This method not only enhances durability and richness over time but also significantly reduces harm to both people and the planet.

So happy with the quality of the product and with Dekni's work. Design and proof process was quick and straightforward. The hats are lightweight and break in nicely. The crease in the top center can be a little pointy at first, but it'll mold to your head after wearing the hat a few times (black hat in the photos is brand new, gray one has been worn for about a month). The pictures on Dekni's site from other orders accurately reflect what you're going to receive. Understated, quality hat that stands out from the generic stuff you'd get from a mass producer.
As a fellow small business owner, it's important that the products I'm giving my customers reflect the same quality that I put into my own brand and these hats totally delivered. I just wish I had ordered more of them! I'll be ordering more from Dekni soon.

I'm not fond of the style once receiving it and I think I would have changed the patch to have a different color background. It was what I ordered and will definitely be wearing it.
