You can change the logo if needed, and we'll work with you on the placement, sizing, and appearance of the artwork on your chosen hat style until you're satisfied. We won't send your order into production until we have your approval.

This is my sons favorite hat so I was happy Dekni had this style! I was a little unhappy with the finished product, only in the fact that our logo didn't show up very well on the black leather, even though the mock up was clear. Overall the hats looked cool and the workmanship was great so I'm going to try reordering with a different patch color.
I ordered some custom logo hats from Dekni. I thought this was a standard size trucker style hat, but the hat is very oversized and tall. Most people don’t wear stuff like this style that I see out and about. The design Dekni did looks amazing, it’s just the hat style I’m not a big fan of. It comes down over peoples ears if they wear it normally. Only way to avoid that is to wear it sitting high on the head, and then it just looks really funny. It’s more of a “farmer” country boy style you’d see someone wearing it they had a lift kit on their truck. Also, this style hat has a point at the top that just makes it even more funny looking.

We are sorry to hear you are not happy with the hat shape.
In the future we recommend to order a blank physical sample if you are unsure of the hat you are looking for.
In addition, based off of your concerns with this hat it seems you are looking for a 6 panel medium to low profile hat as the hat you ordered is a High Profile cap and a 5 panel. I would recommend the Yupoong 6606 I think it will be just right for you.

I love the hats that Dekni made for me. I have had multiple compliments and many inquiries on where they are sold which is flattering.
The design services were quick with the turn around. Even though on the first mock up they showed my design on the wrong product they quickly rectified it and created a new mock up with the changes I requested. The final product was almost exactly like the mock up and I was very pleased that it was an accurate depiction of what I would receive.
The wait time for the hats was difficult as it took almost every day of 7 weeks from final design approval for me to receive the hats but in the end it was worth the wait. I will definitely recommend Dekni in the future to anyone looking to create custom products especially for their great service and execution on the project.
